Carpet Kit Premium Grade 79-83 ZX Coupe********

This 5 piece carpet kit covers the entire area that the original stock kits covered. These kits come in a high quality cut pile just like original, and we can choose from all the stock colors as well as about 20 other colors and shades. No extra charge for the other colors or shades. This is our premium grade kit. The heat moulded carpet kits are placed in a mould and get plastic injection done on the back side of the carpet. This not only helps it retain it's proper shape, but it also helps prevent mold and mildew. All pieces in this kit except the rear riser come with a dense high quality padding glued to the back side. These kits come with reinforced heel guards or scuff guards on the drivers side by the gas pedal.

All pieces (except the rear deck piece) have to be trimmed to fit. All bolt holes have to be cut into the carpet as well. If you use the original carpet as a template to show you where to trim these kits, ALWAYS cut the kits longer than what you think you need. In some areas the original carpet was cut too short. These kits aren't built until we place the order with the manufactuer. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

1949 Chevrolet COE Truck Project

This is one awesome project truck for someone to finish. It's a rare truck in the first place. The owner started this labor of love a quite a few years ago and spent between 50 and $65,000.00 to get it to this point. Literally thousands of hours have already gone into this project as well as thousands of miles to round up all the things needed so far. He has turned this rig into a totally custom truck by extending the cab. He drove all the way to North Dakota to buy the extra cab to cut and weld on. The cab is temporarily bolted to the frame, the frame has been cleaned up and painted. The 4 seats are bolted in. The engine is a freshly overhauled 502 Cadillac with chromex headers, the auto trans has been rebuilt as well. He has gone through everything on the chassis, steering, braking, and suspension, and either replaced it with new, or rebuilt it and painted it. This truck is a rolling chassis with air bag suspension. This rig was going to be turned into a tow rig for his show truck that he has which is also for sale. There are 2 saddle tanks for this truck that haven't been installed yet. The cadillac steering column hasn't been installed yet but the front steering and suspension is all done. The body is still bare metal and body putty. All the glass is still there on a shelf. This guy never did things half way, he always got the best parts for his rigs when he was building them. He has done numerous show vehicles in the past, this wasn't his first rodeo.

We will be opening up and inventorying all the boxes of parts that come with this truck in the near future. There are lots of them. I will also be shooting a series of pics to go with it. We're also going to be putting together a build sheet as the information comes in. The guy that has been building this project from the beginning has some severe health issues and is unable to continue any further. The family has asked me to put the package together and find them a buyer. This is a great project for someone to finish and is extremely unique. The pic is of what the finished project is supposed to look like minus the bed. I have a few pics on file already of this truck in it's present condition and will be taking lots more as time goes on.

We're in the beginning stages of getting this project ready to sell and we're going to be compiling lots of info over the course of the next few weeks. Ignition Lock 79-83 New

This is a new complete ignition lock and switch assembly that comes with 2 new keys. It is a direct bolt in. Be advised that in most cases there are anti-theft screws holding your existing lock to the steering column and they require special tools to extract them.

In some cases, we can rebuild your existing lock and it will cost you less money compared to new. We can also rebuild most door locks for the 79-83 zx's and code them to fit your existing key. Call or e-mail us for details.

Gasket and Seal Kit "A" Series Trans 70-71 Z

This gasket and seal kit is for the A series style transmissions that originally came in the 70-71 240 z's. It includes 2 gaskets for the center section, 1 gasket for the bell housing, one front seal, and one rear seal. It saves you money and time by ordering this kit .vs ordering the pieces individually. All of these pieces are available individually as well, see listings.

These are factory seals in this kit. If you'd like to save 2.00 we can change the seals to aftermarket, but be advised that the aftermarket rear seal isn't as good as the factory version. Just leave a note in the comment section of the order form for the less expensive kit.

One of the things that is distinctive about these transmissions is the shift tower (stick shift). They are threaded on both ends. The bottom end is a 10 mm and the top end is an 8 mm. If you still can't figure out which trans you have, just ask us for help, we do have pics on file as well.

Weber Carb and Manifold Kit

This sweet deal of a kit is for you L4 people. It comes with a nicely polished aluminum intake manifold, a new down draft 32/36 Weber Carb with electric choke, adaptor linkage kit, K&N cleanable air filter, and the manifold adaptor as well. It even comes with an EGR block off plate if you need one. This kit use to sell for 950.00 up to 2010. It will fit the L16, L18, and even the L20B. It fits the PL510, the A10/510, the 520, 521, and 620 trucks and works with either solid linkage or cable linkage.

As long as our supplier keeps selling us these kits at the same price we'll keep our posted price firm. If a price increase ever does happen to us on these kits, we'll notify you first before we proceed with your order.

Wheel Center Cap 77-78 Factory Mag

The original factory center cap for the 77-78 stock mags has been obsolete for quite a few years now. We have come up with a good looking center cap that snaps right in place and looks just fine when installed. As you can see from the picture it looks like it belongs there, and even has a Z in the middle. These caps can't be removed without a screw driver unlike the original ones, so they're even harder for someone to steal off of your z.

Brake Pad Kit Front Ceramic OP's 70-78 Z's Stock

These pads are by OP and they use ceramic technology in their construction. This is a superior design and helps prevent brake squeal. Keep in mind that you still need to use the factory brake shims. See listings. These pads fit the stock 2 pistons calipers on all 70-78 z's as well as the 78-79 620 trucks.

We also sell PBR brand ceramic brake pads but they do cost more. The pic is merely an example of what the front pads look like and are not an OP brake pad.

Bumper Rubber Filler Front 74.5-76

This listing is for a new front bumper rubber filler on all US and Canadian z's from 74.5-76. This piece was used on cars with a production date of 10/74 and newer which covers the 74.5 260 z, as well as the 75-76 280 z. We also sell most of the other rubber bumper pieces on those years too. See listings. This piece takes special packaging to keep it from getting damaged in shipment. We have to go to extra lengths to protect it which costs more money. We have to list the weight as 20 pounds to cover those extra handling fees. In most cases the store will bid higher than what we will actually charge you. If you pay in advance, we will refund the difference to you (if any). The shipping costs vary according to the destination.

All the bumper rubber for those years is obsolete through Nissan USA and it has been for many years. We can usually still get these items through Nissan of Japan but there are certain guidelines that have to be followed. We do not carry these items in stock and they have to be special ordered from Japan. They must be paid for before we will order them. It takes between 1 and 3 months for us to receive these items and there isn't any way to expedite the shipment to us nor is there any way to tell how long it will take.

Boot Air Cleaner to Intake Box #1 84-89

This listing is for the boot that connects the factory air cleaner to the intake box on all 84-89 300 zx's. We refer to it as intake boot #1 and it is still available in the US. This is not a regularly stocked item. Please allow an extra week for delivery.

The #2 boot connects the box to the Mass Air Sensor and that boot has to be special ordered out of Japan. Call or e-mail us for details on that boot.

Hose T-stat to Rad Cap Tube 84-89

This hose is a hard one to see and to get to as well. It comes up off the back side of the t-stat housing a few inches then has a 90 degree bend towards the passenger side and it connects to the aluminum tube that the radiator cap fastens to. It fits all Z31's from 84-89 regardless of model.

Wiper Pivot Boot 70-78

This listing is for a single wiper pivot boot. Uses 2 per vehicle. To replace the boot you must remove the wiper arm. Then the old boot slides right off and the new one slides right on. These boots are critical in keeping water out of the wiper pivot which hooks up to the wiper linkage. If they get water in them, then they will wear out prematurely and the items aren't available new anymore.

We do have used wiper pivots available, and we can rebush your old pivot assemblies as well. Remember we do have a 10.00 minimum purchase limit.

Hatch Glass Gasket 79-83 2+2

This listing is for the rear hatch glass gasket for the 2+2 280 zx's only. It will not fit the coupes. This version does accept the chrome trim and it looks exactly like the one that originally came with your zx. This is a NOS part and is special order only out of Japan. Once you order it from us and pay for it, we place the order with Nissan of Japan and it will take between 1 and 3 months for the item to arrive at our doorstep. There is no way to expedite shipping, or tell exactly how long it will take, or to tell how many are left in stock. If by some chance the item turns up obsolete after we place the order, then you will be given a full refund of course.

The supplies for this part are very low so if you need one, order it soon while there are some still available. We do have an aftermarket gasket company that is going to start producing these gaskets but we have no idea as to when they'll actually be available. When the aftermarket version is finally available it will cost less than this factory unit. If you'd like to be put on the notification list for that or any other gasket for the 280 zx, just send us an e-mail with 280 zx hatch glass gasket as the title if that's the gasket you're interested in. In the text, be sure to put your year and model along with your name, phone, number, nearest city, and your zip code. We'll put that e-mail in a special folder and mark it. As gaskets become available we'll notify you accordingly. The coupe version of this gasket is not available at this time.

The picture used is merely an example of a glass gasket for a z car. It looks similar to the gasket that you will receive, but not exactly.

Hose Heater Lower 70-73 To Head

This is the heater hose that goes through the lower hole in the firewall, and then connects to the port on the back of the head. This is an exact copy of the orignal preformed hose however it does not have the webbed exterior, it is smooth rubber.

Carbon Cannister 74-83

This listing is for a new charcoal cannister also known as a carbon cannister. It is the vent for the fuel tank. NEVER overfill your fuel tank because it can cause fuel to enter the charcoal cannister and once that happens it ruins them. When that happens it usually causes a spike in hydrocarbons out of the exhaust. In some cases it can cause a driveability issue as well.

We do not carry these units in stock. They are obsolete in the US, and we have to special order them all the way from Japan. It usually takes us 1 to 3 months to get things from Japan. There isn't any way to expedite shipping from them or to confirm availability without ordering one and seeing what happens. At present they still claim to have some left and we have sold some recently as of 03/12. On special orders, they must be paid for in advance, or at least a significant deposit. If it turns out that they are obsolete we will give you a full refund of course.

1983 280 ZX 2+2

This 1983 280 ZX 2+2 is a J series model with the automatic transmission. Mechanically it is in good shape, I've kept up on most of it throughout the years. We recently replaced the radiator and battery. Over the years we've put in new fuel injectors, 4 new shocks, rebuilt the front end, replaced the muffler, the headgasket was replaced over 10 years ago, regular tune ups using factory parts of course, fresh brakes, and the maintenance was always kept current in the past when it was regularly driven. When this car needed something mechanical done to it, I did it promptly. The car runs and drives great and will provide many years of service to a new owner. The ONLY mechanical thing that needs to be dealt with that I know of is the exhaust manifold gasket is going bad. You can hear a small exhaust leak especially when it's cold. The tires are old as well and should be replaced.

We've owned this ZX for about 15 years now. It was my wife's kid hauling and wintertime car for most of that time. Summertimes she drives a zx coupe. She recently got a newer car that is easier to haul the grand kids in so it's time to sell her wintertime car. She doesn't need this one anymore.

This car has always been extremely reliable for us of course. It was not only well maintained but it was driven nicely and not abused. The paint job is shot and there is very little rust on it. It does need a some minor body work from the previous owner but it's definently nothing major. The interior is in very good condition. It is the silver velour and black vinyl seats, the drivers seat does show a little wear, the left rear interior panel needs to be reupholstered just like most of them and other than that it's very clean inside. Gray carpet in condition, door panels are excellent, headliner is perfect. The dash is uncracked, the original factory radio still works as does most everything in the car.

The sale price is $3,800.00 cash.

Keep in mind that we have about 50 z's for sale in various conditons and various years from 70 to 83. You can buy some of them in a non running condition for less money, or we'll get them running and charge more. Most of them are project cars. They range in price from 1500.00 to 7K for most of them. Most of the non running ones aren't running due to fuel breakdown. 240's cost more than all the other models, running or not. The cheapest non running 240 that we have is 1800.00 and it needs floor pans amongst other things. We have a couple of rust free 73 240's ready for paint and are waiting to find a buyer so we can paint them the color of your choice. Both cars are at the bare metal/ primer stage and almost all the body work has been done on them. 6500.00 for either of them. Both are 4 speed cars and they both have L28's in them. We'll be adding those cars to the store as well as a lot more very soon.

1972 240 Z Green With Flares

This 1972 240 z was stripped completely to bare metal. Then they bonded the IMSA flares to the body, shaved the marker lights, mounted a fiberglass air dam to the front and molded it in. They went a step further and molded the fender extensions in so there aren't any seams in the front of the car. After all the body work was done, then they painted the car an Emerald Green and put gold pearls in the clear coat. When the sun hits this car the pearls really do start dancing. There is a BRE rear spoiler bolted on the back end as well and it's painted the same color as the rest of the car.

Before I owned it someone put a set of floor pans in it. The car is pretty much rust free and in excellent shape. I do have a few pics of this car while it was stripped to metal and it's obvious that the skin is rust free. It has a stock L24 in it with twin SU carbs and a 4 speed transmission. It does need a wider set of rims on it to fill in the wheel wells properly. The car runs and drives great. The interior is white, seats are black, and carpet is gray. The interior is in good condition and the dash is NOT cracked. I still have to finish putting the car back together all the way, including the headlights which will happen soon. This car does not come with bumpers on it. It does have a pair of clear driving lights mounted behind the grille.

This car is on our store as a courtesy listing only. You cannot buy this car through our online store, you have to contact us directly by phone or e-mail to ask questions or set up a time to come and see the car. No sales tax will be collected at the time of sale because it is a private sale, we are not auto dealers, so it is a cash only transaction. I will be putting the car up in the air soon and will do a buyers inspection at that time and there will be a full disclosure of it's condition overall before the sale.
