| These are brand new choke knobs and they will fit all 240's. This is specifically the original design for the 70-71 z's, but they will fit the 72-73 z's but sometimes you have to do some minor filing on the metal shaft to get the knob set screw hole to line up properly. The original knob for the 72-73 is no longer available. It also fits the throttle control assymbly for the 70-71's, that mounts next to the choke cable. The original knob for the throttle control is also not available anymore. This knob will also work on the 74 260's with some filing or grinding on the metal shaft. The original choke knob for the 260 is not available new anymore either. We are considering designing and building a custom choke knob out of aluminum. Let us know if you're interested.
