This listing is for a single new hatch shock for all 240's. Tired of getting hit in the head by your hatch? Tired of using a sawed off broom handle to hold up the hatch? Replace that worn out hatch shock with one of these new ones and you won't be afraid to get into your hatch anymore. The original hatch shocks have been obsolete for many years and no one has tried to come up with a replacement. After spending countless hours looking for something that will work, we have found a replacement aftermarket hatch shock that will fit on all 240's. It does not come with mounting hardware. We have designed and built a custom mounting hardware kit to make these a bolt on unit. That must be purchased separately, see listing or you can leave a note with your order asking us to add it for you. The cost of that kit is 25.00 and we will install it on your hatch shock before we ship it at no extra charge. You will need to transfer the bracket that connects the shock to the rear hatch that is mounted on your existing hatch shock. That bracket is not available.
