| These units are a different design, and they don't use boots to seal the wires, they have a seal inside the connector. They come already hooked up to a loom in a group of 3. You shouldn't use a rubber boot style connector on the VG30 engines because of the intense heat associated with those engines, in the intake area. The rubber boots break down too quickly so these style of connectors are a definent advantage. Even though they are designed for the 300zx, they will work on any L-jetronic injection component that uses a 2 wire system and has an offset slot. In 87 Nissan went to an offset slot instead of a centered slot. We also sell a quick disconnect style connector for the cars from 87-89 as well. See listing.
