This gasket goes between the upper and lower thermostat housing and it uses 2 bolts to hold the housings together.
The 2 bolt top housing was used on all z's from 70-83, as well as many 4 cylinder L engines.
If you have a 3 bolt housing then go to T-stat Housing Upper Gasket 3 Bolt for the correct gasket. See listing.
