| We have at our disposal, an airbrush artist that can paint just about any design on anything you choose. We have many different styles available and can sometimes even do custom work from a picture of your choosing. Prices do vary depending on the amount of work involved. Pictures don't do this valve cover any justice, it's even more impressive in person. These valve covers are sold on an exchange basis only and we can do them on a 4 cylinder cover just as easily as a 6 cylinder cover. We have plenty of cores in stock for both the 4 and 6 cylinder engines. We can also do air cleaners as well. First we put them in our hot pressure washer and clean them thoroughly. Then we send them off to the powder coater for the base coat. Note that all metallic colors do require a clear coat on top of them. Then it's baked in his oven at about 400 degrees f. Check out the other examples of custom valve covers that we have listed as well. The prices are the same for 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder valve covers. Once it comes back from the powder coater then it goes off to our resident air brush artist. He scuffs the powder coat lightly and then proceeds to do his handy work. After he is done with a particular design, then he clearcoats the entire cover. This listing is done custom and once you place the order then we will get your new valve cover sent off to the powder coaters. We can have the base coat done in many different colors so be sure to put a note in the comment section of the order form letting us know the basecoat color that you prefer. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for completion. Even though this is a picture of a 4 cylinder valve cover, we can still do the same thing on the 6 cylinder valve covers for the same price.
