This listing is for a single vacuum hose hanger. This unit fastens to the valve cover by sliding over a mounting post that is bolted to the valve cover. (mounting post is not included) It holds the HVAC lines that go across the valve cover from the intake manifold to vacuum control units on the right fender apron.
