| These kits allow a clean looking installation of just about any aftermarket CD or cassette stereo deck into your zx. You need to cut a hole into your original factory faceplate to support your new deck, and these kits cover up the ugly original faceplate.
The faceplates have a matte black finish and an easy cut out so that they can handle the old school decks with 2 individual knobs, or the up to date modern decks that use the sleeve method of mounting. A definent must for a quick, clean, and easy way to cover up the area surrounding the deck. This kit is not to be used to support the deck, it's strictly there for looks. You must support the deck with a mounting tang on the backside, and either the modified factory faceplate or a self made metal mounting plate for the front end, and the faceplate kit goes over that.
