| This shock/spring kit is the ultimate in handling for the street driving car as well as the car that goes on the track and street for the price. This gives you a 1.5" to 2" drop from stock ride height with a set of 4 linear Tokico springs plus a set of 4 Tokico illumina adjustable gas shocks. The shocks do carry a limited lifetime warrantee. These shocks are too easy to adjust. You simply pull the plastic cap off of the top of the shock tower, then take a small slotted screwdriver and use it to turn the slot in the top of the shock. There are 5 settings from soft to firm. It takes longer to open the hood and rear hatch than it does to adjust the settings on these shocks. When installing these kits, ALWAYS be sure that you have good quality urethane bump stops to help prevent the suspension from bottoming out and blowing out your shocks. When using lowering springs there are some additional items that you need to install to get the car to handle right and get maximum wear out of your tires. Ball joint spacers (bump steer spacers) in the front are a must, as are adjustable bushings in the back and adjustable strut tops front and back. We can put together suspension packages of all different combinations for you, for any z from 70-89.
