| This listing is for a single cam tower shim kit as shown in the pic. It fits all L4 series engines only. Each shim is .015 thick and there is enough in a kit to do a single layer for all 4 cam towers on one head. These shim kits are used to compensate for material that is shaved off of the cylinder head when it is warped or pitted. This helps prevent timing chain slop. Be advised that when you take metal off of the bottom of the head, then add shims to the top of the head, you may be changing the valve train geometry and if that happens you may have to go to a thicker lash pad to compensate for the difference. If we happen to be out of stock please allow an extra week for delivery. We can send these units via the postal service for 6.50 anywhere in the continental US using a padded envelope.
