This relay is for the emergency brake warning light located in the speedo cluster. It is also referred to as a bulb check relay.  On this particular year the warning light is also for the brake fluid level in the master cylinder. Be sure to check the fluid level in the reservoirs. If that light won't go out even after you release the e brake, then it could possibly be this relay. If you've had a charging system problem that can damage this relay. It is fed by the charging system, and the relay is located under the passenger seat. Be sure to diagnose the problem properly before ordering this relay.
