| Halogen headlight upgrades for your Z are a definent must. These are not a regular halogen headlight, they are a Quartz Halogen which is definently superior to regular halogens. These lights come with a 55 watt low beam and a 60 watt high beam. The original stock lighting was a 30/35 watt incandescent light except for the 83 280 zx's which used regular halogen headlights at 40/45 watts. These Hella H4 lights use a replaceable bulb so you don't have to replace the whole assembly when it burns out, you just replace the insert. These headlights can be aimed using a conventional style headlight aiming systsem. When properly aimed they will not blind oncoming drivers like a lot of headlights on the market today. They put out a superior lighting pattern for maximum safe visibility. They are our headlight of choice. We recommend using headlight pocket covers to protect your headlights against breakage from rocks. For those of you that use a headlight relay system, we sell a 80/100 watt replacement bulb in both clear and Xenon versions for these lights. We've had customers refer to them as flame throwers, but when properly aimed they still won't blind oncoming drivers. This is a high performance halogen headlamp conversion for your 1970-83 Z-car and any other vehicle using the dual round headlamp setup.
