| We've all heard and many of us have seen what rust and rot can do to a z car. It's definently not pretty. What would you think about a device that you could put on your z (or any other vehicle) and it would completely stop or almost completely stop all rust and rot on your car, or prevent it from happening at all? That sounds pretty darned good doesn't it. Well such a device DOES in fact exist and it's been around for years. This electronic device is easy to install and they help stop rust, rot, and salt corrosion on any vehicle. It is an electrostatic corrosion prevention system. It is very easy to install and comes with basic installation instructions. The main unit is small enough to hold in your hand. It comes with 2 capacitors that you glue to your cars body at different points (that are out of sight) after you've removed the paint from that area (about 2" x 2"). The glue is provided in the kit. Then you hook up the wiring to them and you're done. This device has been tried and proven through the years to help prevent rust and rot. These capacitive couplers, which are attached to the protected metal surface with aircraft grade adhesive, are charged by the power supply/control module and function as if they were the positive half of a capacitor. They are wired to the power supply in parallel (each on individual circuits) and meticulously engineered and controlled so that each serves to produce a measured and specific limited range of capacitance and thus deliver a measured and specific limited range electrostatic charge via capacitive coupling. These capacitive couplers are vital to the effectiveness of the system and we exercise the utmost care in their manufacture. Together these three components serve to induce a measured and specific negative electrostatic surface charge on the metal surface being protected (your vehicle's body for instance) thus capacitive coupling treats the metal body as if it were the negative half of a capacitor.
