| This listing is for a sewn molded rear deck carpet for the early 77 coupe. The difference between the early and the late coupe refers to the false floor in the back. Look at the piece of rear floor that flips up to expose the spare tire. When you lift up that piece is it completely flat, or does it have a angled up piece at the end? If it's angled up then this is the listing for you. If you are going to install one of our rear speaker panels in your early 77 then you should order the 77.5-78 rear deck carpet. That angled up piece will have to be cut off to accomondate the rear speaker board. See listings. We also sell a heat molded rear deck carpet, but that does cost extra. When you place your order for this carpet, be sure to let us know the color you want and whether you want loop or cut pile. Our main supplier makes all of our sectional kits for the 70-76 Z’s, and what we call our regular grade sewn molded kits for Z’s and ZX’s from 70-96. Our second supplier makes our premium grade heat molded kits, and our custom floor mats that lock into the carpet and will never move on you. Both types of rear deck carpets come already padded. The heat molded carpets always cost more and are our premium grade kits. If you would like a heat molded version then order this carpet and put a note in the comment section of the order form stating that you want the heat molded version and to send you a confirmation e-mail letting you know the price.
