Fits both coupe & 2+2. These air dams only weigh about 10 pounds, but because of their size they require a double oversized package and must be shipped at the 40 pound weight classification to get a more accurate shipping price. The shipping price that the store will estimate may vary (depending on destination) from $0.00 to $20.00.

This airdam is made of polyurethane, and will fit all 1970-74 Z-cars. We also sell fiberglass air dams and bumper eliminator pieces. Call or e-mail for more information.

This airdam is made of polyurethane, and will fit all 1974.5-1978 Z-cars.

Gives your Z more stability & helps keep the front end from lifting at higher speeds. These cars have to much lift in the nose, and that scenario starts at about 50mph. The symptoms are as follows: #1 A tendency to wander a little bit  #2 Trucks, buses, and cross winds blow you all over the road #3 They hydroplane easy. The faster you go, the worse these scenarios get. Cross the 100 mph threshold and these cars get extremely light in the front end, and can get quite dangerous without a front air dam or other drag creating device. These problems are almost completely cured by the installation of a front air dam. They start creating drag at about 35 mph and reach peak effeciency at about 95 mph. Of course these excess speeds should only be obtained on a sanctioned race track, and never on a public street or highway.

Includes brake cooling ducts. These air dams are almost indestructible. You can bend them back to the core support and they will spring right back unlike metal of fiberglass.
