| This listing is for a custom made heat shield that works on both the triple Weber or the triple Mikuni carb setups. We make these heat shields ourselves to our own design out of aluminum. They bolt onto the block so they're very solidly mounted and shield the carbs from the heat coming off of the headers. These shields are made as they're ordered so please allow an extra 1-3 weeks to work them into the schedule. Due to the size of these shields we send them to you unassembled so save on shipping costs. You will need a rivet gun to assemble the shield before installing one on your engine. We do a couple of other pics on file of these units. If you'd like to view them just let us know. These shields weigh about 1 pound or less but we have to list them at 10 pounds on the store so the shipping estimates will be more accurate. Last update 09/11 |
