These units are made by Atsugi, the original manufacturer of fan clutches for Nissan. They are a direct bolt on and fit all z's and zx's from 70-89 with the plastic fan. If you have a 70-71 240 with the original metal fan you will need to upgrade to the plastic fan to use one of these fan clutches. The original metal fan style fan clutch hasn't been available new for some 20 years or more. Atsugi manufactures under the names of Paraut, and Unisiv but they are identical in every detail to the original ones made under the Atsugi name. Last update 08/10
