This hose connects the Y pipe on the right side of the block to the head tube. This is the tube that goes around the backside of the head and it connects the Y pipe to the back of the intake manifold. We refer to this hose as a reducer hose because it is a different size on each end.
It will not fit the 73-74 style head tube.
