This is the grommet that fastens to the firewall and both choke cables pass through it. It's also fits the hole in the firewall for the 74-78 HVAC vacuum hose which isn't available anymore. It allows you a spot to pass wiring or vacuum hoses through if you so desire. They look like a little pig nose with 2 outlets.
