We refer to these fasteners as small body rivets. They are used to fasten the panel to the car itself that goes behind the rear license plate on all z's from 70-78. Uses 2 per car. They are similiar to the interior panel rivets, but these are much smaller and not interchangeable. You cannot order less than 6 of these units UNLESS you're adding them to an already existing order which exceeds $10.00 US. These rivets are also used on the 70-73 240's to fasten the outer tail light finish panels to the body. There are visible along the top of those panels. The 74-78 z's use the regular sized black interior rivets to fasten the tops of the tail light panels to the body.
